I'M PIO

​My story starts simply enough: born in Poland, raised in the beautiful Münsterland. I later studied in the Netherlands, a mix of design and technology with a solid engineering backbone, before a few fortunate turns led me into advertising.

Looking back, it's one of the best things that ever happened to me. At Aldi, I found a side of myself I didn't know existed: Employer Branding. Moving the spotlight from products to people was a shift that excited me from day one, and still does.
 

Outside of work, creativity isn't a hobby so much as a need. I draw, film, and photograph, basically anything that lets me express what's in my head. I get restless easily, so I use personal projects to fill in whatever work doesn't give me room for. That's just who I am: always making, exploring, trying the next thing.

Graphic design is where I feel most at home, turning ideas into something real. I like to think I'm easygoing and open to new challenges, and I mean that sincerely, not as a line on a CV.

It's simply what I enjoy.

Over the years I've worked my way through nearly every role there is, from intern to Senior Art Director, from photoshoots to final post production. At some point it felt like time for the next step, which took me into a Creative Director and Team Lead role for brands like Burnhard and Springlane, an experience I look back on with real pride.​​
